Your "Recipe Guide" is below, thanks for not thinking it was a scam. I actually put a lot of time and effort into these each month so I hope you like at least one of the meals..

The secret is to keep the protein high and the calories low in each meal so that you can have snacks or desert everyday! I don't want to live in a world where I can't enjoy myself, so I teach people how to do it.

I don't expect you to believe me that these transformations are even real, I'm just a social media creator at the end of the day.

What I can say is that I do give a shit and if you’re looking for someone to keep you accountable without busting your balls over missing a workout in the week then it’s probably worth having a chat.
